Damn you, "Christine"

Today's workout is named after some harpie, Christine*. She must have been just a total beating, because this workout looks freakin hard. Christine (3 rounds for time): 500m row 12 Body Weight Dead Lifts (I will have to modify this - maybe 95 lbs?!) 21 Box Jumps See Coach Chris in action. He makes it look so easy:
I'll post my time tomorrow. It has to be better than 20 minutes!
*All CrossFit workouts are names after women or soldiers. This month we take on all of the benchmark workouts; meaning, I'll have to do this one again in a month to see how much I've improved. Yay, twice the fun!!
